The connected workspace
More than a chatbot
The AI can talk naturally because it is connected to the business context and tools required to complete the next step safely.
Front Desk AI
Answer questions naturally, understand intent, collect information at the right time, and move each conversation toward a useful next step.
Booking and availability
Check real availability, offer clear choices, confirm the details, and create the appointment only after the customer approves it.
Leads that do not feel like forms
Provide value first, then naturally collect a name, phone number, or email when it helps with a quote, reminder, enrollment, or follow-up.
A real front desk flow
Helpful first. Then the next step.
It understands several facts in one message, checks the right information early, offers easy choices, and asks for confirmation before taking action.
Understands service, provider, day, and time together
Uses numbered choices without forcing the customer to reply with a number
Creates the appointment only after explicit confirmation

Questions
What business owners ask us
Is the AI trained only for salons or barbershops?+
No. Every workspace uses the same Front Desk AI behavior. Your structured business context—services, products, prices, policies, staff, availability, and goals—teaches it how to represent your business.
Does every business need a Sowynet website?+
No. A branded public site is optional. You can use Sowynet for customer conversations, scheduling, intake, and operations while keeping your existing website.
Can it speak English and Spanish?+
Yes. The Front Desk AI can respond naturally in English or Spanish and preserve the customer’s preferred language in context.
Will it invent prices, availability, or policies?+
It is designed to answer from your business context and connected tools. When information is missing or staff approval is required, it should escalate instead of guessing.
Can a person take over?+
Yes. Complaints, refunds, legal concerns, missing business information, and requests requiring approval can be routed to the appropriate owner or staff member.
